We inform you that, by decision of the Exchange Council of LLC “URB” (Minutes No. 12 dated November 15, 2024), amendments have been introduced to the Regulations for the Organization and Conduct of Exchange Trading in the category “Round Timber and Sawn Timber” at the commodity exchange — Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Resource Exchange” (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), by adopting a new revised editio n of the Regulations.
The main amendments to the Regulations concern:
- the organization of a purchase auction (reverse auction) for exchange-traded goods;
- clarification of the margin (guarantee deposit) reservation procedure for participation in Dutch auctions, namely that margin reservation for a Dutch auction is carried out automatically by the ETS 5 (five) minutes before the auction starts;
- standard forms (templates) of applications/questionnaires for opening clearing accounts;
- revision of Section 15 “Liability for Violation of the Regulations” in a new edition;
- supplementing the Regulations with Appendix No. 20, which establishes criteria for determining and applying sanctions to trading participants/clients of trading participants in the category “Round Timber and Sawn Timber”.
