We inform you that by the decision of the Exchange Council of LLC “URB” (Minutes No. 14 dated August 26, 2026), amendments were made to the standard form of the Raw Timber Purchase and Sale Agreement and the standard form of the Firewood Purchase and Sale Agreement by restating them in a new edition.
The Exchange has published the new editions of the aforementioned standard contract forms.
The main change is the revision of provisions regarding the regulation of goods delivery terms under deferred payment.
