In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of “URX” LLC shareholders, the Exchange Board consisting of three members was re-elected for a new term:
- Biryuk Sergey Alekseevich
- Rumpa Sergey Yurievich
- Olga Valerievna Nazarenko
The members of the Exchange Board confirmed the powers of Sergiy Biryuk as the Exchange Board Chairman.
The Exchange Board is a collegial body responsible for supervision, which performs its functions in accordance with the Exchange Charter, the Regulation on the Exchange Board, the Rules and other internal documents of the Exchange.
