Pursuant to Resolution No. 34/21/2689/K01 dated August 5, 2025, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has granted Ukrainian Resource Exchange LLC (URB) a license to carry out professional activities in organized commodity markets, specifically the organization of the conclusion of derivative contracts on commodity exchanges.
At the same meeting, the NSSMC also adopted Resolution No. 34/21/2690/K01 dated August 5, 2025, approving the registration of amendments to the Rules of Ukrainian Resource Exchange LLC (URB). The principal amendments extend the scope of the Rules to cover the professional activity of organizing the conclusion of derivative contracts on commodity exchanges.
