The members of “URX” LLC formed an Exchange Board consisting of three members:
- Biryuk Sergey Alekseevich
- Rumpa Sergey Yurievich
- Olga Valerievna Nazarenko
At the first meeting of the Exchange Board, Mr. Biriuk was elected Chairman of the Board.
The Exchange Boardis a collegial body responsible for supervision, which performs its functions in accordance with the Exchange Charter, the Regulation on the Exchange Council, the Rules and other internal documents of the Exchange.
