The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has approved the Regulation on the Procedure for Compiling, Submitting and Publishing Reporting Data by Commodities

The first reporting period for submission of data to the NSSMC by commodity is

  • for daily data – March 1, 2022;
  • for monthly data – July 2021;
  • for annual data – 2021;
  • for irregular data – March 1, 2022.

The reporting deadline for commodity exchanges is extended if the Commission receives a written notification of the impossibility of submitting data within the established period due to:

  • seizure of software and hardware, documents of the commodity exchange by law enforcement agencies (with copies of documents confirming the seizure);
  • force majeure (with copies of documents confirming the said circumstances).

In such a situation, the commodity exchange is obliged to submit the data to the Commission within 15 calendar days from the date of return or restoration of software and hardware and documents.

In addition, no later than 90 calendar days after the end of the financial year, the commodity shall publish on its website an annual report on the results of exchange trading for the reporting year as of the end of the year.
