The procedure for issuing a certificate of origin for timber and sawn timber has been changed.
Please note that as of December 17, 2023, the issuance of a certificate of origin of timber and timber products in paper form (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) will be terminated in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 12, 2023 No. 483 “On the Implementation of a Pilot Project on the Issuance of a Special Permit for the Special Use of Forest Resources (Logging Ticket) and a Certificate of Origin of Timber and Timber Products in Electronic Form”.
From the date of entry into force of the above Resolution, for seven months the Certificate was issued in paper form, and in the future it will be issued exclusively in electronic form. The issuance of the Certificate in electronic form is an electronic public service provided to the applicant through the Ecosystem Unified Environmental Platform https://eco.gov.ua/.
The application for issuance of the Certificate shall be formed by the applicant by means of the Ecosystem Unified Environmental Platform and/or the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Diia Portal) from the moment of identification and authentication using the integrated electronic identification system, electronic signature based on a qualified electronic signature certificate and/or other means of identification that allow to unambiguously establish the identity of the applicant.
