Accreditation in the field of “Unprocessed wood and lumber” (for Exchange Members)
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (residents of Ukraine) who have passed the procedure of obtaining the Exchange member status, in order to be admitted to exchange trading in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber, must be accredited by the Exchange in accordance with Regulations for Organizing and Conducting of Exchange Trading in the Direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber on the Commodity Exchange –Limited Liability Company “Ukrainian Resource Exchange”, which provides that the Exchange member must obtain:
- the status of a bidder;
- the status of a clearing participant.
NB!
The persons who do not have the status of an Exchange member may submit the documents listed below for accreditation in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber simultaneously with the procedure of obtaining the Exchange member’s status.
In order to obtain accreditation in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber, Exchange members that are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (residents of Ukraine) shall upload color scanned copies of the following documents in the ETS member’s personal account:
- Application for accession to the Regulations.
- Application for accession to the public agreement .
- Clearing Agreement.
- Application form for opening a clearing account to a clearing participant.
- Application form for opening a clearing account to a clearing participant’s client with individual accounting (the application form shall be submitted if the Exchange member intends to engage in the exchange trading for the benefit of the client in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber and exclusively in respect of the trading participant’s clients who are residents of Ukraine).
- A power of attorney for the clearing account manager, whose functions may be performed exclusively by a broker (if several brokers are registered as Exchange members, the power of attorney for the account manager shall be submitted in respect of each broker).
- Written confirmation of receipt of sufficient information to assess the risks, tariffs and costs associated with obtaining the status of a clearing participant and using the clearing services of the Exchange.
Upon receipt of accreditation on the Exchange in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber, Exchange members must deliver the above original documents to LLC “Ukrainian Resource Exchange” 14/91 Laboratorna St., office 39A, Kyiv 03150, Ukraine, or by Nova Poshta (courier delivery): recipient – LLC “Ukrainian Resource Exchange” 14/91 Laboratorna St., Kyiv, tel. (044) 333-96-18 (payment at the expense of the sender).

For the purpose of accreditation in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber, a branch/representative office of a legal entity that is the Exchange member shall provide the Exchange with electronic certificates of the public key of the head of the branch/representative office, the person who will act as a broker, with the .cer or .crt extension, and color scanned copies of the following documents:
- Application form.
- A document issued by an authorized state registrar confirming the registration of a branch/representative office in the Unified State Registry of Enterprises and Organizations (USREOU).
- Regulations on a branch/representative office or another document approved by the authorized body of the legal entity defining the legal status, functions and powers of the representative office/branch.
- Certificate from the bank where the current account of the branch/representative office is opened.
- Employment agreement (contract, order, protocol or another document) of the head of a branch/representative office containing information on the term and scope of his/her powers.
- A power of attorney issued by a legal entity to the head of a branch/representative office of that legal entity, on the basis of which the head of the branch/representative office (if any) operates.
- Passport and certificate of assignment of the identification number of the head of the branch/representative office.
- Notification of consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his/her personal data, signed by the head of the branch/representative office.
- An order on hiring a person to act as a broker, if a person other than the head (or not only the head) of the branch/representative office will act as a broker, or another document confirming his/her powers.
- Passport and certificate of assignment of the identification number of the person to act as a broker (if a person other than the head (or not only the head) of the branch/representative office will act as a broker).
- Notification of consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his/her personal data, signed by the person who will act as a broker (if a person other than the head (or not only the head) of the branch/representative office will act as a broker).
- A power of attorney for the person who will act as a broker of the branch/representative office.
- Questionnaire of a business unit (branch/representative office) of a legal entity on compliance with the Law of Ukraine on Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds of Crime, Terrorist Financing and Financing of Proliferation of the Mass Destruction Weapons”.
- Application for accession to the Regulations.
- Application for accession to the public agreement .
- Application form for opening of a clearing account.
- A power of attorney for the clearing account manager, whose functions may be performed exclusively by a broker (if several brokers are registered by a branch/representative office, the power of attorney for the account manager shall be submitted in respect of each broker).
Upon receipt of accreditation on the Exchange in the direction of Unprocessed Wood and Lumber, branch/representative office of a legal entity that is the Exchange member must deliver the above original documents to LLC “Ukrainian Resource Exchange” 14/91 Laboratorna St., office 39A, Kyiv 03150, Ukraine, or by Nova Poshta (courier delivery): recipient – LLC “Ukrainian Resource Exchange” 14/91 Laboratorna St., Kyiv, tel. (044) 333-96-18 (payment at the expense of the sender).
